Exchange and Return Policy

Brazil Station aims for your satisfaction when shopping in our online store. To ensure this, we have created an Exchange and Return Policy that respects your needs and is based on the Consumer Protection Code.

These conditions constitute the terms of adhesion that you, the consumer, acknowledge and accept for your purchases. The completion of the purchase signifies full agreement with the present rules.

It is important to emphasize that you must immediately refuse to accept your product if:

  • The packaging of the product is damaged;
  • The product shows signs of damage;
  • The order does not match what was requested on the e-commerce site.

The shipping cost for the exchanged product is the customer’s responsibility.

Cancellation of a purchase can be made within a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the day of receipt of the merchandise. The product must not show signs of use and/or washing, must be in perfect condition, and have the tag attached.

  • We do not reserve items on the website.
  • We do not accept exchanges/returns for items showing signs of use, without the tag attached to the item, and for swimwear without the hygienic adhesive.
  • Brazil Station is not obligated to exchange or repair any merchandise when a technical report proves that the reported defects did not result from a manufacturing defect in the product.
  • Under no circumstances will modified products (such as cuff adjustments, hems, etc.) be accepted from the consumer, and the legal option of cancellation cannot be applied.
